The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will strive to achieve the mission of Benedictine and operate in an ethical manner that always focuses on quality of life and the health, safety and well-being of the men and women that we support. The Direct Support Professional will provide appropriate supervision, assistance, and training to individuals regarding food preparation, social skills, household maintenance, personal hygiene, shopping and the use of community based services.
