Looking for a Medical Assistant/LPN/RN interested in full time or part time position at a thriving medical practice in Lewes, DE. We are interested in well trained, professional and motivated applicants only. There are actually two practice models (co-owned) at this same location seeking new employees. The first is a newly opened, concierge style practice that provides a well-known preventive medicine/wellness model of care to a smaller panel of patients (400-600, mostly adult). There is a single physician and staff perform ALL duties needed for the practice, These include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointment, check in/check out, billing and collections, prescription refills, giving immunizations, and performing in-house testing (EKG, spirometry, vasc studies etc) and phlebotomy. While there are varied tasks, the volume daily is low (8-10 pt visits on average per day). Ideally, the practice will need 2-2.5 FTE and we currently have one. It is a small practice and we strive to provide professional, personalized and efficient care. The second practice has two providers (Physician and PA) and is more a traditional practice with 4 MA’s currently and 2 receptionists. We are in need of an additional MA that will be able to perform clinical and reception tasks as needed.
