A growing Ophthalmology Practice seeks an experienced ophthalmology Tech. Certification a plus but not required. Must have a substantial understanding of an ophthalmic practice (and experience), as well as knowledge of ophthalmic testing equipment and proper care and usage of them. Duties will include
-Visual acuity measurements near and far with and without glasses
-Obtaining Eyeglass information manually or via automated
Lensometry
-Ocular motility
-Refractions
-Intraocular pressure tonometry
-OCT
-Visual Fields
-A scan
-IOL master
-Topo
-Pachymetry
-Amsler grid
EDUCATION< SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-High school education
-COA or COT a plus but not required
-Two or more years of experience working in an ophthalmology practice or clinic a plus
