Provides effective customer service to external customers using his/her knowledge of the company’s products and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processes orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provides timely and accurate information to customers.
• Maintains company productivity (5.0) and quality standards.
• Receives and handles ACD calls and requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the customer service team leader and/or manager.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully completed training class and orientation period.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in Customer Service
• Computer literate.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally; effective listener.
• Detail oriented; analytical ability; able to prioritize and organize; self-starter.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
REASONING ABILITY
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
